Basic Requirements:
- BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- English requirement:
1. Basic English Level:  
• CET-6 (non-English major proficiency)
2. Spoken English Level: 
• Very Fluent 
3. Reading + writing English Level:
• Write & Read emails, memos an d reports. (Business an d technical related).
Technical Requirement
- Must have 3+ years of development experience in JavaScript, including asynＣhronous programming, closures, an d types. 
- Must have 3+ years of development experience in HTML 5/CSS 3, including layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, an d accessibility.
- Must have knowledge in AngularJS/Angular.
- Experience with C#/.Net Framework/WCF is a plus.
- Experience with financial markets business is a plus.
- Experience with Agile is a plus.
Other requirements
- This person should have strong front end programming knowledge.
