Technical Requirement
-Must have 5 years + working experience in Java EE. 
-Must have experience in JBoss server (any version is fine). 
-Must be able an d willing to work with complex existing code base. 
-Must meet the  at least 2 of the following conditions:
      1.Experience with Shell program development
      2.Experience with any version of SSH (Struts, Sprint an d Hibernate) development
      3.Experience with C# development
      4.Experience with Python or PostgreSQL
      5.Experience with Linux (CentOS) OS
-Experience with software design (by UML or other formal design tools) is a plus. 
-Strong problem solving an d debugging skills

Other requirements
-Be good at teamwork, pro-active, optimistic, an d responsible.
-Be good at trouble shooting.
-Experience in Financial field is a plus

Job responsibility
-Work on Tamale Server related changes.
-Maintain existed products independently, including improving or restructuring the product code or architecture.
-Develop new features for Global/China clients. 
-Work with others to support Tamale China market.
-Provide technical support for APAC to solve emergent problems in time
-Investigate the client side(C#) for some defects an d provide the solution based on both the server side an d client side.
