Receptionist(Contractor) Responsibilities: 1.Greet customers / visitors at reception area according to company visit management policy. (5%) 2. Admin work related to new hires, including contacting vendors for making employees’ business an d badge cards, stationary distribution.(5%) 3. Set up employees’ information an d Ｕpdate project number in Amex online airline ticket booking system accordingly.(10%) 4. Book meeting rooms, hotels & projectors.(5%) 5. Out- an d in-coming mails an d delivery management.(5%) 6. Office repair an d maintenance management including lights, toilets, curtains, etc.(5%) 7. Process the bills of Amex air ticket, mail an d IT related payments monthly (15%) 8. Answer & transfer incoming an d outcoming phone calls (50%) Requirements: 1.Graduated from college or above; major in English or administration preferred; 2. Related working experience is a plus; 3. Professional voice an d image; 4. Polite an d positive attitude; 5. Excellent verbal/written skills an d interpersonal skills; 6. Proven ability to work in a team environment an d multi-task to provide high quality administrative services to employees; 7. Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PPT. etc) |
