Adobe Manager Responsibilities · Gather requirements an d deliver solutions to the client. · Evaluate an d Ｓelect alternative technical solutions for identified requirement with knowledge of J2EE application development · Train an d develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained resources. · To recommend client value creation initiatives an d implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product) · Assist PM to deliver projects on time, within planned budget an d required quality level · · Improve customer relations by way of effective communication, managing expectation an d meeting commitments. Skills/Qualifications · Strong Java/J2EE/JSP experience - minimum or 5 years developing large system applications. · Working knowledge an d understan ding of the following: JCR, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, REST, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS. · Experience developing applications, templates, an d components for the Adobe CQ5 product (WCM, DAM, CQSE, CRX); ExtJS, Web Content Management system development experience are desired. · Good oral an d written communication. Experience on onsite/offshore collaboration work mode is preferred · Willing to travel |
