Responsibilities 
• Participates in all phases of the development life cycle; provides feedback to ensure quality of development an d enforces stan dards. 
• Develop comprehensive Test Strategy, Test Plan, test scenarios, test cases an d Provide testing estimates 
• Collaborate with Business Analysts an d Developers in requirements, contribute to documenting quality & testable requirements 
• Track defects an d report on testing progress an d results 
• Develop automation scripts
任职要求
Requirements: 
• B.S., Computer Science or related field 
• 2+ year working experience, test automation/development experience with VBA/VBS, C# or Java as a plus. 
• Practical DB (MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server) an d SQL/SP skills. 
• Effective problem solving an d analytical skills 
• Proficient in English Language (Read / Write / Speak) 
• Financial / Investment Industry Knowledge as a plus. 
• Good self-management, experience of team management as a plus
